Our sister, Meg, experimented with a couple of new-to-us
recipes and combined
these homemade marshmallows with these chocolate sugar cookies to create some absolutely scrumptious, gluten-free marshmallow cookies.
She melted about 1 cup of chocolate chips with a couple tablespoons of butter and drizzled the chocolaty glaze over the tops.
Next time, we'll try them as cookie bars in a 9x13 pan, however . . .
